FAQ

Q: How long are treatment sessions?

A: Treatment sessions are typically 60-70 minutes. Lengthy appointments allow for the highest quality assessments and treatments with ample time to thoroughly investigate the underlying issues and complexities of your condition. Longer treatment sessions means that you will need fewer visits and may save money in the long-term compared to traditional physical therapy treatment models.

Q: When can I expect to feel and see results?

A: You should see progress within 1 to 3 visits. Recovery varies depending on the nature and complexity of the injury. While some injuries can heal in a short time, post-operative recovery and rehabilitation of chronic conditions may take several months.

Q: How often will I need to attend physical therapy?

A: Most clients see progress with each visit. Acute injuries or severe pain may initially require more frequent visits, possibly twice a week. Most chronic or mild injuries are sufficiently treated with 1 visit a week.

Q: Do I need a referral from a Medical Doctor?

A: No referral is necessary. With or without a referral, I can communicate with your physician at your request.
